Payment and Ordering

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Espress, Switch, Solo, cheque, postal order, bank draft, and PayPal account payments.

Credit Cards

We use PayPal as our credit and debit card processor. PayPal is a global leader in online payment solutions offering increased security, privacy and protection to our customers. You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay by credit or debit card.

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Postal Payments

We accept cheques, postal orders, and bank draft payments. Please send postal payments with your Order Number to:

Ryco Book Covers, Customer Service, Unit 10 Ballywaltrim Business Centre, Boghall Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.

Please note that if you choose to pay by cheque, the order is created when the cheque has cleared and applied to your order (about 5-7 additional working days).

How to Order

Once you've located a product and you're ready to go ahead and order, type the quantity in the applicable box, then click on the "Add to Basket" button. As you add products, your Shopping Basket will appear. Once an item is in your basket, you can adjust the quantity and remove the item if need be before checking out. Putting an item in your shopping basket places you under no obligation to purchase the product.

If you prefer to Checkout, simply click the "Checkout" button. If you prefer to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" and you will be redirected to the last page you were viewing.

Please note that your order will not be placed until you complete the checkout process and click on “Confirm Order” on the last order screen of checkout.

Completing Checking Out

When you have added all of the items that you want to purchase to your basket, locate the "Checkout" link at the top right hand corner of the page. If you haven't set up an account with us, you will be taken through the set up process now. If you already have an account with us, please sign in here.

All the items that you placed in your Shopping Basket appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply tick “Remove”, then “Update Basket”. After selecting your payment method, click "Continue". Lastly, click "Confirm Order" to submit your finalised order.

Payment instructions will be given for cheques, postal payments, and bank drafts. Instructions will also be sent to your given email address. If paying by credit/debit card, our payment processor's screen will appear giving you instructions on how to pay.

Please note that your order will not be placed until you click on “Confirm Order” on the last order screen.

VAT Charges

VAT at the Irish rate of 23% is calculated at Checkout.  If you are a business trading outside of Ireland with a registered VAT number, you can qualify for VAT Free purchasing.  Please contact us for further details.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address. This email confirms that your order has been received.

You can also check the current status of your order by signing into your account.

Order Status

To check your order status, just click on the "Your Account " link at the top of the page, then select the “My Account” link to view your information. If you have an orders in our records, you will see its details.

"Pending" means your order is placed but unpaid.

"Pending Postal Payment" means your order has been sent to our Customer Service Team but is awaiting a payment via post.

"Paid PayPal/Credit Card" means your credit card payment has been received and your order is processing.

"Paid Postal Payment" means your postal payment has been received and is being processed.

"Shipped and Completed" means your order is on its way and your order is fully completed.

"Canceled" means your order has been canceled either by you or us.

Cancel or Change an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you have checked out and paid for, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already begun the shipping process cannot be canceled and must be returned. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
